Lukoil Overseas Holding Ltd. has named Sergey Nikiforov as president. He previously served as senior vice-president for development and production.
Andrey Kuzyaev, president since 2000, has been transferred to a position in the company’s headquarters, Lukoil Overseas says.
Lukoil Overseas, established in 1997, manages OAO Lukoil’s international upstream projects, overseeing more than 10% of all hydrocarbon production and 30% of all gas production.
