MARKET WATCH: Crude futures price ends week above $100/bbl

The New York Mercantile Exchange June crude oil contract price lost 1.34¢, closing at $100.60/bbl on Apr. 25. The July contract relinquished $1.32 to $100.03/bbl.

The May natural gas contract was down 5.8¢ to a rounded $4.65/MMbtu.

Heating oil for May delivery declined 2.79¢ to a rounded $2.99/gal. Reformulated gasoline stock for oxygenate blending for May delivery decreased 1.44¢ to a rounded $3.08/gal.

In London the June ICE contract for Brent crude delivery lost 75¢, closing at $109.58/bbl. The July contract fell 82¢ to close at $109.13/bbl. The ICE gas oil contract for May declined $6.75 to $919.75/tonne.

The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries said for its basket of 12 benchmark crudes was $105.37/bbl on Apr. 25, up 17¢.
