The Luda 6-2-4 and Luda 6-2-5 wells in the Liaodong Bay extension of Bohai Gulf tested oil at an average rate of 850 b/d, CNOOC said. The Luda 6-2-4 encountered 40 m of pay, and the 6-2-5, 147.6 m of pay. Water depth is 31 m.

In the Pearl River Mouth basin, the Lufeng 15-1-2 well encountered 26.8 m of oil pay and was tested at about 800 b/d. Water depth is 283 m.
