Rajkumar Ghosh has been named director (refineries) of state-owned Indian Oil Corp. Ltd., New Delhi. He previously was executive director in charge.
Before moving to New Delhi, Ghosh was executive director in charge of the 300,000 b/d Panipat refinery, one of 10 operated by Indian Oil.
