Sound Oil, operator with 75% interest in the well, expects to spud the well within 90 days. The well site is in the Falconara Marittima Comune, Ancona Province, in Italy’s Marche Region.

Consultants pegged the well’s midrange prospective recoverable resource at 5.7 bscf of gas.
