HOUSTON, Nov. 18 – Hawkley Oil & Gas Ltd., Perth, is laying a flow line to a local gas processing plant to bring on production the Sorochynska-201 well in Ukraine’s Dnieper-Donets basin.
The well, 320 km east of Kiev and a 300-m twin to a well that produced in the 1980s, tested at better than expected rates of 7.1-13.8 MMscfd of gas and 198-384 b/d of condensate from Visean sandstones in Lower Carboniferous.
