HOUSTON, Aug. 12 -- Gary S. Grinsfelder has joined LeFrak Energy, Houston, the energy division of the LeFrak Organization, New York, as vice-president of exploration.
Grinsfelder, formerly with TXCO Resources and Output Exploration, will work with Jim Tarantola, vice-president of engineering in the Tulsa office.
LeFrak Energy owned interests in 851 gross onshore producing oil and gas wells in the Gulf Coast, Midcontinent, and Williston basin areas as of Dec. 31, 2009. It also holds fee mineral interests in more than 5 million gross acres in 10 states.
