HOUSTON, Feb. 1 -- Chariot Oil & Gas Ltd., Guernsey, Channel Islands, UK, has named Martin Richards as chief reservoir engineer.
Richards has worked as a chief and senior reservoir engineer for Petro-Canada, Suez Oil Co., Deminex, and Mobil. He has particular expertise in operational and functional reservoir management, leading multidisciplinary reservoir studies, asset management, and reserves reporting.
He led subsurface development of De Ruyter oil field for Petro-Canada and doubled oil production for Suez Oil Co. in Egypt’s Zeit Bay field by improving reservoir management and drilling.
