HOUSTON, Jan. 16 -- Explorer Pipeline, Tulsa, has named Rod Sands president and chief executive officer effective Jan. 16.
Sands retired from Explorer Pipeline as its chief operating officer in October 2005. Following a successful career with Explorer, he has been active both as a pipeline consultant and in volunteer organizations.
