HOUSTON, Sept. 28 -- Pacific Asia Petroleum has named Heidi Wong as general manager, business development, government relations, and commercial affairs.
Wong has 20 years of experience in business development, government liaison, and commercial affairs in the Chinese energy market with Texaco Inc. and Chevron Corp. Before joining Pacific Asia, Wong served as general manager, commercial and government affairs, at Australian firm Sino Gas Energy Ltd.
