HOUSTON, May 20 -- Texas Alliance of Energy Producers has elected Mark Metzler chairman. He is president of Felderhoff Production Co., Gainsville, Tex.
Metzler has served two terms as vice-president of TAEP and as chairman of its insurance committee.
