HOUSTON, July 25 -- Sovereign Oil Inc., a unit of Voyager Petroleum Inc., Hinsdale, Ill., entered into a 6-month lease with North American Refining Co. for the use of its compounding and blending facility at McCook, Ill.
The plant will be used to blend and dry reclaimed used oil for use in lubricant oil products that will be sold to the automotive and industrial after-market. Sovereign Oil will have access to 20 storage tanks and to North American's on-site services, including packaging capabilities.
