HOUSTON, Mar. 1 -- Stonebridge Resources Explorations Inc., Houston, said it is establishing a subsidiary to evaluate oil and natural gas opportunities in South America.
The subsidiary will consider the acquisition of exploration and production properties that could compliment the parent's North American exploitation activities.
The South American subsidiary will be authorized to negotiate transactions. No additional details were provided.
