HOUSTON, Dec. 15 -- Sonoran Energy Inc., Dallas, has appointed Frank Smith president and chief financial officer.
Smith's appointment comes 6 months after he joined the company as executive vice-president and chief financial officer. He has more than 30 years of senior banking experience, many of them with oil and gas companies.
Before joining Sonoran, he served as senior vice-president, finance, for Remington Oil & Gas Corp., Dallas.
