HOUSTON, Aug. 21 -- TX Holdings Inc., Miami Beach, Fla., named Bill Alexander as cheif operations officer. Alexander has extensive experience in petroleum engineering, field operations, and reservoir engineering, having served in various positions at Shell Oil Co. for more than 15 years.
Most recently, Alexander served as consultant to the energy industry and was vice-president of engineering and operations at Kirby Exploration Co.
