HOUSTON, July 10 -- Bill Barrett Corp. has appointed Joseph N. Jaggers chief operating officer and president.
Jaggers has 25 years of experience managing oil and gas operations, including conventional and nonconventional plays in the Rocky Mountains.
Most recently, Jaggers served as regional vice-president, exploration and production, for Williams Cos. Inc. He previously served as chief operating officer and president at Barrett Resources Corp. from 2000 until its sale to Williams in 2001. Jaggers also worked for Amoco Corp. and BP PLC.
