LONDON, Mar. 13 -- Indonesia's state-run PT Pertamina will sign an agreement with ExxonMobil Indonesia on Mar. 15 for operation of the Cepu Block, according to company Pres. Ari Soemarno.
ExxonMobil's unit Mobil Cepu Ltd. will operate the block under the supervision of a joint operation committee of ExxonMobil and Pertamina officials.
Earlier, the Indonesian government changed the board of directors at Pertamina, replacing Pres. Widya Purnama with former Marketing and Trade Director Ari Soemarno (OGJ Online, Mar. 8, 2006).
