HOUSTON, Nov. 18 -- Flint Hills Resources LP has let a contract to Foster Wheeler USA Corp. for detailed engineering and procurement for a replacement coke drum in a delayed coker at the 300,000 b/d West Plant Refining Complex at Corpus Christi, Tex. The terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Foster Wheeler was involved in the earlier conceptual study, process design, and front-end engineering phases of the coke drum replacement project.
