HOUSTON, Sept. 9 -- Bob O'Hair has been promoted to president of Koch Pipeline Co. LP, Corpus Christi, Tex. O'Hair succeeds Pat McCann, who has accepted a position with Koch Industries Inc.'s operations excellence group.
Most recently O'Hair served as Koch Pipeline's vice-president of operations and has worked for the company for 25 years.
Separately, Barry Scheer was named division manager of Koch Pipeline's Texas operations. Scheer, who has more than 27 years of experience with Koch, has been with the company's southern division since 1990.
