W&T Offshore reports executive promotions

W&T Offshore Inc. reported the promotions over several employees.

HOUSTON, Aug. 10 -- W&T Offshore Inc. reported the promotions over several employees.

Joe Slattery and Jeff Durrant have been named senior vice-presidents; Steve Schroeder, Cliff Williams, and Dan Huffman have been appointed vice-presidents; and Brian Harvey has been promoted to assistant vice-president.

Slattery, senior vice-president, operations, joined W&T Offshore in November 2002 as vice-president, operations.

Durrant, senior vice-president, exploration/geoscience, joined the company in 1997, initially as geological manager, then exploration manager, and most recently as vice-president,exploration.

Schroeder, vice-president, production, joined W&T in 1998 as staff reservoir engineer and served as production manager since 1999.

Williams, vice-president, reservoir engineering, joined W&T in 1998 as staff reservoir engineer, became chief reservoir engineer in 2002, and reservoir engineering manager in 2003.

Huffman, vice-president, exploitation, joined W&T as senior geologist in 1997 and served as exploitation manager since 1999.

Harvey, assistant vice-president, land, joined the company as a senior landman in 2001.
