LOS ANGELES, Aug 3 � Algeria's state-owned Sonatrach has let contract to Russia's Stroitransgaz for construction of a 273-km natural gas pipeline between Souguer and a power plant under construction at Hadjret En Nouss.
Stroitransgaz will build the pipeline within 20 months.
