LOS ANGELES, Aug 2 -- South Korea's state-run Korea National Oil Corp. (KNOC) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Iraqi government to provide technological support for oil development.
KNOC will provide the Iraqi oil ministry drilling technology and work with the government to study Iraqi oil blocks.
