HOUSTON, May 26 -- Huntsman Corp., Salt Lake City, Utah, shut down its 18,000 b/d methyl tertiary butyl ether plant in Port Neches, Tex., May 24, following the discovery of a leak in an 8-in. MTBE feed line.
A company spokesman said the plant would be returned to service "in about a week."
