HOUSTON, Mar. 10 -- Rally Energy Corp., Calgary, named Doug Brown as vice-president, production and engineering.
He has been consulting to Rally Energy and has worked in the industry 20 years. He will be responsible for international and Canadian production operations.
John G.F. McLeod resigned as vice-president, operations and continues as a director of Rally Energy.
