HOUSTON, Dec. 3 -- Abdelhafid Feghouli has been appointed vice-president of Algeria's state oil and gas company, Sonatrach, in charge of downstream activities.
Faghouli, who was formerly director of the human resources and communication department, replaced Bachir Achour who become adviser to the chairman and managing director of the company.
Faghouli has also been general manager of the national refining company, Naftec, a Sonatrach subsidiary.
