HOUSTON, May 13 -- Johnathan Whitworth will succeed Philip J. Doherty, who has resigned, as CEO of Tampa-based Maritrans, Inc.
Whitworth was most recently managing director of Teekay Shipping (USA), Houston. Prior to that, he served as head of business development for SeaRiver Maritime, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ExxonMobil Corporation.
