Plains All American Pipeline unit to construct Oklahoma-Kansas pipeline

Plains All American Pipeline has signed a pipeline transportation service agreement with Coffeyville Resources Refining & Marketing, LLC (CRRM), whereby Plains subsidiary Plains Pipeline LP will construct, own, and operate 100 miles of 16-in. pipeline to transport crude oil from Plains All American's terminal in Cushing, Okla., to the Broom station in Caney, Kan.

HOUSTON, Apr. 26 -- Plains Pipeline LP, Houston, plans to construct, own, and operate 100 miles of 16-in. pipeline to transport crude oil from parent company Plains All America Pipeline LP's terminal in Cushing, Okla., to the Broom station in Caney, Kan.

There, the $33 million pipeline will connect to an existing pipeline that will transport the crude to the Coffeyville Resources Refining & Marketing LLC refinery in Coffeyville, Kan.

Under a 5 year transportation service agreement the two companies recently signed, all oil shipments will originate from the Cushing terminal which currently is undergoing a Phase IV expansion.
