HOUSTON, Apr. 1 -- The Calgary-based Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) announced that Roger Thomas was elected chairman. Thomas is president and CEO of Nexen Canada Ltd., Calgary.
In addition, Calgary-based Mancal Energy Inc. Pres. and CEO Ross Douglas was elected CAPP vice-chairman.
CAPP represents 150 oil and natural gas companies throughout Canada. CAPP
members produce more than 98% of Canada's oil and gas.
