HOUSTON, Feb. 16 -- The Houston Chapter of the Society of Independent Professional Earth Scientists (SIPES) has announced its newly elected members of its 2004 executive committee and its 2004 national directors.
SIPES executive committee members are as follows: J. Phil Martin Jr., chairman; Wulf F. Massell, chairman-elect; Jeannie Mallick, secretary; Larry Rairden, treasurer; and James L. Allen, past chairman.
SIPES national directors are Raymond Blackhall and Paul W. Britt.
