HOUSTON, Feb. 13 -- Mississippi Chemical Corp., Yazoo City, Miss., named Larry Holley as senior vice-president and chief operating officer.
In addition, Mississippi Chemical said Chairman Coley L. Bailey also will assume the responsibilities of CEO to succeed Pres. and CEO Charles O. Dunn, who intends to resign Mar. 1.
Holley joined Mississippi Chemical in 1974 in its engineering department.
The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on May 15, 2003.
