HOUSTON, Jan. 12 -- El Paso Corp., Houston, said Mark Leland was named chief financial officer, production and nonregulated operations.
He has been with the company for 18 years, most recently as senior vice-president and chief financial officer of El Paso Field Services, the parent company's midstream business.
Leland also was chief operating officer of GulfTerra Energy Partners LP, Houston, which is in the process of merging with Enterprise Product Partners LP, Houston, (OGJ, Dec. 22, 2003, p. 40).
