HOUSTON, Jan. 12 -- Constellation Energy Group, Baltimore, Md., announced that Andrew L. Good joined the company as vice-president, finance, a recently created position.
Good reports to E. Follin Smith, senior vice-president, chief financial officer, and chief administrative officer. Smith recently became chief administrative officer.
Previously, Good was with the GE Capital division of General Electric Co.
Constellation Energy supplies electricity to large commercial and industrial customers and one of the nation's largest wholesale power sellers. It delivers electricity and natural gas through the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company, a regulated utility.
