HOUSTON, Jan. 14 -- Calgary-based Bow Valley Energy Ltd. appointed Matthew L. Janisch as vice-president, finance, and chief financial officer.
Janisch has nearly 20 years of experience in banking, corporate finance, capital markets, and oil and gas research. Most recently, he served as managing director of oil and gas equity research for a major Canadian bank.
