HOUSTON, Jan. 27 -- H. Keith Kaelber has joined independent marketer and transporter of North American crude oil EOTT Energy Partners LP, Houston, as executive vice-president and chief financial officer. Kaebler has worked in the oil and gas industry within energy finance for 23 years.
Before joining EOTT, Kaelber served as president of nonprofit organization Indwell. Before that, he served as president, financial services, and senior vice-president and chief financial officer, for Dynegy Inc. predecessor NGC Corp.
Prior to his position with NGC, he served as executive vice-president, energy banking group, with NCNB Corp. in Texas, and senior vice-president, energy banking group, Republic Bank Dallas, later acquired by Nations Bank.
