HOUSTON, Nov. 11 -- Dudley C. Reynolds has been named president of Alabama Gas Corp. Reynolds had been serving as general counsel and secretary of Birmingham, Ala.-based Energen Corp., Alagasco's parent firm. He succeeds Gary C. Youngblood, who has retired.
Reynolds started his career with Alagasco in 1980 as a staff attorney. Since 1985, he has served as an officer of the company, holding positions that include vice-president and secretary, legal, senior attorney and assistant secretary, and senior attorney.
