BEIJING, June 19 -- PetroChina Co. Ltd. plans to double the refining capacity of Dalian West Pacific Petrochemical Co. in northeastern China's Dalian City to 10 million tonnes/year.

The company will build units over the next 5 years designed to run imported Middle Eastern sour.
