Varco International acquires Bradon Industries

Varco International Inc., Houston, has acquired through a subsidiary the capital stock of Bradon Industries Ltd. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Bradon is a manufacturer of coiled tubing units as well as a provider of industrial plant services and construction in Canada.

HOUSTON, Mar. 28�Varco International Inc., Houston, has acquired through a subsidiary the capital stock of Bradon Industries Ltd. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Bradon is a manufacturer of coiled tubing units as well as a provider of industrial plant services and construction in Canada.

Bradon joins Varco's Coiled Tubing/Wireline Products Group and will operate as Hydra Rig Canada.

Varco is a manufacturer and supplier of drilling equipment and rig instrumentation, oilfield tubular inspections and internal coating techniques, solids control systems and services, and coiled tubing and pressure control equipment.
