PERSONNEL MOVES AND PROMOTIONS: Former NTSB head to act as safety advisor for Colonial Pipeline

Former National Transportation Safety Board member and Chairman Jim Hall has been appointed by Colonial Pipeline Co., Atlanta, to serve in an advisory capacity on issues of safety and environmental protection.Hall was appointed to the NTSB in October 1993 and was later named chairman by former President Bill Clinton in November 1994.
