Exton, Pa., has appointed Jesse Hartley as southwestern regional sales manager of its NEMO Pump Division. Hartley has over 20 years of experience in industrial sales. He will be located in San Marcos, Tex.

Netzsch Inc. is the North American subsidiary of the global Netzsch companies. It is a manufacturer of progressing cavity pumps, grinding and dispersion equipment, filtration systems, and thermoanalytical instrumentation.

OdorEyes Technologies

Sugar Land, Tex., has announced the promotion of Mike McKay to president. McKay has more than 29 years of experience in sales and marketing in the oil and gas industry.

OdorEyes Technologies, formed in 1998 by the merger of Welker Engineering and Arnold Energy Systems, specializes in the manufacture of custom odorization systems for the petroleum and natural gas industry. Joe Arnold, who served as interim president, will remain with the company as vice-president and technical consultant.

Statoil

Stavanger, has established a new limited company named Pipecare to market and sell solutions and services for pipeline transport systems. Ola Nestaas has been appointed general manager.

Pipecare's offices will be near Statoil's gas treatment plant at Karsto, north of Stavanger.

Tiorco Inc.

Englewood, Colo., and Polymer Systems Inc., Hays, Kan., have merged under the Tiorco name. The firms offer chemically enhanced waterflood technologies to improve production of oil and gas fields. Randy Prater, president of PSI, has become the north mid-continent manager for Tiorco.

Tiorco is the oldest and largest continuously operating company focused on chemical oil recovery technologies, with projects throughout the US as well as internationally.

Willbros Group Inc.

Houston, has appointed Bradley W. Sitton vice-president of Willbros USA Inc. and Willbros International Inc. He will be responsible for project operations, including the Chad-Cameroon pipeline work currently under way.

Sitton holds a BS in civil engineering from Texas A&I University and has over 14 years of experience in the pipeline industry.

Willbros Group is a leading independent contractor providing construction, engineering, and specialty oil field related services to industry worldwide.

Wells Fargo

Midland, Tex., has hired Gary T. Brednich as an energy banking lender. Brednich has more than 25 years of experience in banking and petroleum engineering. He has a degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Pittsburg and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

TPS Holdings Inc.

Baton Rouge, La., has announced its name has been changed to Edgen Corp.

Formed in 1996, Edgen is a global supplier of prime carbon steel pipe, specialty pipe, valves, fittings, flanges, and structural steel products to the energy industries. Edgen has 6 operating divisions: Bartow Steel, Bartow Steel International, Radnor Alloys, Resource Pipe Co., Thomas Pipe, and Thomas Steel.

Oiltanking GmbH and Odfjell ASA

Hamburg, Germany, and Bergen, Norway, respectively, have announced a joint venture whereby Odfjell will acquire 50% of Oiltanking Singapore Chemical Storage Pte Ltd. Oiltanking will be the managing partner of the new company, to be named Oiltanking Odfjell Terminal Singapore Pte Ltd.

The joint venture will establish a chemical terminal operator on Jurong Island which will serve both the tenants on Jurong Island as well as the chemical industry at large for independent liquid bulk chemicals storage and related services.

Oiltanking GmbH, a division of Marquard & Bahls AG, is a leading global provider of traditional independent storage services in the petroleum and petrochemical sector.

Odfjell is the largest transporter of chemicals worldwide and also provides related logistical services.
