Zeh Graphic Systems, Inc., Houston, Tex., has named Jerome Candelari vice president of worldwide business development.

Zeh Graphic Systems, Inc., Houston, Tex., has named Jerome Candelari vice president of worldwide business development. Previously, Candelari served as vice president of business development for the Western Hemisphere.

Candelari has over 19 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management in companies producing high-speed, hardcopy graphics software and plotting equipment, and mainframe systems for the energy market. Previous to Zeh, Candelari served as the Houston area sales manager for Versatec, a Xerox company, for seven years. He also served as Versatec's OEM marketing manager in their Santa Clara, Calif. office and as account manager for the energy market in their Houston office. Prior to Versatec, Candelari served as account manager for IBM with a focus on mainframe system sales for the energy market.

Jay Drayer has been named chief financial officer. Previously, Drayer served as Zeh's corporate controller.

Drayer has over 10 years experience in finance and administration for international companies in the high technology, manufacturing, and service industries. Previous to Zeh, Drayer served as the corporate controller for Enterra Oilfield Rental, a manufacturing, rental, and service company in the oilfield industry. Prior to Enterra, he served as the controller and director of administration for Bovar Corp. and as accounting supervisor for Western Geophysical.

Mustang Engineering, Inc., Houston, Tex., has named Brent Evans project manager. Evans has 20 years experience of domestic and international civil engineering-related experience including project management, civil engineering and surveying. His assignments have involved natural gas transmission and processing facilities, electrical power generation plants, industrial facilities and infrastructure projects.

The company specializes in design, engineering, procurement, project management and construction management of pipelines, upstream oil and gas facilities and structures, process plants and control and automation projects. Company capabilities range from initial feasibility studies through startup, onshore and offshore.

Turner, Mason & Co. has named James W. Jones vice president.

Jones has a strong background in refinery operations, both from a technical and economic standpoint, and has contributed significantly to numerous large scale consulting projects over the past few years.

Jones joined the firm in 1994 after many years of experience in refinery operations management at LaGloria Oil & Gas. In his new position, Jones will continue to advance his consulting work in the areas of refinery process management and operations analysis, refinery fair market value analysis and petroleum refining economics.

Turner, Mason & Co. provides management and engineering consulting services for the petroleum and petrochemical industries. The firm serves a wide variety of clients, including integrated oil companies, petroleum refining and marketing companies, crude producers, petrochemical companies, financial institutions, individual and institutional investors, law firms, government agencies, utilities, petroleum industry associations and various other industry groups.

Aker Engineering, Inc., Houston, Tex., has named Yves Delepine vice president of naval architecture and marine engineering.

Delepine has more than twenty years of experience in the offshore industry, covering the design, testing, construction and installation of offshore structures, with emphasis placed on mooring systems, tankers, FPSOs, and Spars. The last twelve of those years have been spent at Aker, performing or coordinating various front end engineering design studies or participating in the execution of FPSO and Spar projects. He followed the Liuhua FPSO project from the conceptual phase through construction and worked two years on the King field development project.

Aker Engineering is a key supplier of engineering services for deepwater oil and gas development.

SIP Ltd. has named Steve Sullivan technical support manager.

Sullivan will provide technical support to the marketing staff, while managing specific technical projects and taking responsibility for product specifications and the company's ISO 9002 registration. Sullivan most recently comes from Saybolt UK where he was chief chemist.

SIP has also named Steve Spencer director of marketing. He will be responsible for the sales and marketing of white oils, drilling fluids, logistics and the market support function.
