Glasgow, has named Andy Nash sales manager with the newly formed Weir Process Group.

Weir Group PLC

Glasgow, has named Andy Nash sales manager with the newly formed Weir Process Group. Previously, Nash worked for Girdlestone Pumps where he was territory manager for the Middle East.

Weir Process Group provides pumps for the hydrocarbon and chemical process industries.

Bouygues Offshore and Doris Engineering

Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France, and Houston, have established an independent company in Houston, Doris Inc. It will offer engineering services to clients based in or operating from the US.

Brian T. Fine has been named president and CEO. Fine was formerly the division manager for Saibos Services Inc.

Pierrick Sauvage has been named senior vice-president and technical manager. Sauvage will be responsible for the technical performance of project work. He is a hydrodynamic engineer and a long time employee of Doris Engineering.

Enraf

Delft, The Netherlands, announced a strategic alliance with MHT Technology Ltd. The package will become part of the Enraf's Entis-systems family and will be named Entis XL. MHT will furnish Enraf with a tank inventory software package with advances in open software architecture, offering adherence to standards like OPC.

Enraf, a Delft Instruments company, is a provider of land-based, tank-gauging systems and instruments world wide.

Headquartered in Barnard Castle, UK, MHT is a provider of software systems.

Rosemount Analytical Inc., Uniloc Division

Irvine, Calif., has named John J. Everhart Jr. president. Everhart will oversee the company's liquid analytical instrumentation design and manufacturing business, including new ventures and day-to-day operations of the company.

Everhart has over 25 years' experience with process-control systems and analytical instrumentation. He was the vice-president of sales and marketing for the parent company based in Houston, Rosemount Analytical. Prior to joining Rosemount, Everhart was a vice-president with Peek Measurement.

Rosemount Analytical Inc. is a member of the Fisher-Rosemount family of companies. The Uniloc Division designs and manufactures refractometers, analyzers, transmitters, and sensors for the on-line measurement of pH, ORP, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, chlorine, ozone, and turbidity.

Fisher-Rosemount is a supplier of process-control products and real-time process solutions, including valves, regulators, transmitters, analyzers, process-management systems, and related services.

WAGO Corp.

Germantown, Wis., has named Toby Thomann national sales manager. Previously, Thomann served as the marketing manager.

WAGO Corp. provides spring pressure termination technology and automation products.

Sonsub Inc.

Houston, named Giorgio Martel* as COO for its Houston facility. Martelli will be responsible for engineering, operations, assets, and commercial activities in North America. He has been with the Saipem Group since 1988 and has over 12 years' experience in the offshore industry. Since joining the company, Martel* has held various positions in the engineering, operations, and commercial departments of a number of companies within the Saipem Group. In his most recent position, he served as vice-president of marketing, commercial, and Contracts for Sonsub Houston.

Gary Milner has been named commercial manager in the Asia Pacific office. Robert Keith has been named regional manager for APAC. Keith has over 25 years' experience in the underwater industry.

Sonsub International, a Saipem Group company, specializes in subsea construction engineering and remote intervention. It has offices in the US, UK, Norway, Australia, Italy, and Southeast Asia.

Washington Group International Inc.

Boise, Ida., named Kurt A. Goddard vice-president and general manager of northeastern operations for its Washington Infrastructure & Mining unit. Goddard will also serve as deputy regional manager for the company's eastern region. He will be responsible for project operations and business development. He will be based in New York City.

Previously, Goddard was vice-president and regional executive for Bechtel Infrastructure Corp. He has a BS degree from Old Dominion University.
