Houston, announced it has created a new company, eProduction Solutions Inc., which will provide turnkey solutions for production management, automation, and optimization.

Case Services Inc.

Houston, announced it has created a new company, eProduction Solutions Inc., which will provide turnkey solutions for production management, automation, and optimization. It will provide integrated solutions from the well site and facilities to the desktop. Dharmesh Mehta has been named president. Case Services will focus on software and technology development for remote automation and the energy industry.

Case Services Inc. is a provider of oil and gas field production automation systems.

Crowley Marine Services Inc.

Long Beach, Calif. and Seattle, Wash., has named Ed McCain director, California marine operations and Bruce Barto vice-president, petroleum services. McCain will support Crowley's California harbor operations and the US Navy. Barto is responsible for all CMS West Coast and Alaska oil tank barge transportation and Alaska petroleum marketing/distribution activities.

Since joining Crowley in 1984, McCain has served in both operations and management capacities. Most recently, McCain served as director of marine operations for Crowley Liner Services in Jacksonville, Fla. He is a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, NY.

Barto

Barto joined Crowley in 1973. He has held various operating and management positions involving petroleum transportation and marketing, general cargo and vessel chartering activities, and emergency response operations. Most recently he served as general manager, western Alaska services. Barto graduated from western Washington University.

Crowley Marine Services Inc. provides specialized marine transportation and logistics services on a worldwide basis. The company's primary services include tanker escort and ship assist; petroleum transportation and sales; contract barge transportation and ocean towing; logistics and support services; marine salvage and emergency response; and all-terrain transportation.

Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC)

San Diego, Calif., has signed an agreement with Baker Energy to jointly market Baker's maintenance management services with SAIC's information technology expertise to the oil and gas, petrochemical, and utilities industries. By working together, the companies will offer complete maintenance management solutions to clients in the energy sector.

Michael Baker Corp. provides engineering and energy expertise for public and private sector clients worldwide. The firm's primary services include facilities design, engineering design for the transportation and civil infrastructure markets, operation and maintenance of oil and gas production facilities, and construction management for buildings and highway projects. Baker employs more than 3,200 in more than 30 offices across the United States and internationally.

SAIC is a research and engineering company providing information technology, systems integration, and e-business products and services to commercial and government customers. SAIC engineers and scientists work to solve complex technical problems in telecommunications, national security, health care, transportation, energy, the environment, and financial services.

NetworkOil Inc.

Houston, has named Stuart Page CEO. Page joined NetworkOil in 1999. Previously, he worked on restructuring, research and development rationalization, and corporate development assignments for oil field service companies at SCF Partners. Prior to this, Page worked with McKinsey & Co. and with Baker Atlas, where he held various managerial roles. Page has a BA and a masters degree in engineering science from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

NetworkOil is an e-commerce marketplace for petroleum services and new and used equipment. The company is headquartered in Houston.

Petroleum Helicopters Inc.

Lafayette, La., has named Lance F. Bospflug president. Bospflug has 20 years' experience in various service related industries, most recently as president and CEO of T. L. James & Co. Inc. Previously, he held various management positions with the Morrison Knudsen Corp.

PHI provides helicopter transportation and related services worldwide to customers including the oil and gas industry and air medical programs.

JP Kenny Ltd.

has established a new joint venture company based in Delhi with Triune Projects to serve clients in the Indian subcontinent. The new joint venture, named J P Kenny Triune Engineering Pvt. Ltd., is a 50/50 incorporated joint venture company. It will provide engineering and management services to the pipeline industry. J P Kenny Triune will work on onshore and offshore projects for clients in the oil and gas sector.

J P Kenny is a wholly owned subsidiary of John Wood Group PLC an international energy services company.

J P Kenny employs approximately 400 engineers worldwide. The J P Kenny Group has operations in the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, and South East Asia.

Triune Projects Pvt. Ltd. is owned

by the Triune Group, a privately owned company headquartered in New Delhi. It provides international project management and engineering services to the oil and gas and related industries and employs approximately 300 engineers.
