Middleton, Mass., has named Michael F. Hoban industry manager for the company's Insulating Glass Sealants Group. Hoban will oversee all sales, marketing, and technical support services for this business segment.

Middleton, Mass., has named Michael F. Hoban industry manager for the company's Insulating Glass Sealants Group. Hoban will oversee all sales, marketing, and technical support services for this business segment. He will also manage a sales support program for Bostik's network of field representatives.

Hoban joined Bostik in 1997 as product manager for the company's line of insulating glass sealants. Previously, he was an adhesives specialist at Loctite Corp. and held a sales position with Courtaulds Aerospace. Hoban holds a BS degree in marketing management from the University of Delaware.

Bostik is a unit of TotalFina Elf, a multinational company with worldwide interests in oil exploration, petroleum processing, and the formulation of specialty chemicals. Bostik produces and supplies adhesives, sealants, and lubricants for the marine and transportation markets, MRO applications, automotive and aircraft assembly, industrial and product manufacturing, residential and commercial building projects, as well as comprehensive products for the tile and flooring industry.

FieldTech

Milwaukee, has named Kevin Meagher vice-president of operations. Meagher will be responsible for the overall management of FieldTech projects and field operations.

Meagher has over 20 years' experience in all phases of utility operations. He was previously the general manager of gas distribution and field operations where he also managed the project design, implementation, and operation of two mobile data dispatching systems. He is a member of American Gas Association, Midwest Energy Association, and the Automatic Meter Reading Association.

FieldTech provides turnkey metering services to gas, water, and electric utilities throughout the US.

Expro International Group PLC

announced that it has entered into long-term lease arrangements for new facilities to house the group's European regional headquarters and research and engineering facilities for its international subsurface business. BAA Lynton, owners of the site in Aberdeen, Scotland, will commence the building of extensive new facilities on land adjacent to Expro's existing facilities on Kirkhill Industrial Estate. The proposed development will also enable Expro to consolidate employees currently working at other sites.

Expro International Group PLC is an international oil field service provider of key products and services necessary to safely complete and manage oil and gas wells. Expro employs over 1,700 people worldwide.

Safety Boss Ltd.

Calgary, has named Mark Badick COO, Ray Brausen vice-president northern area, Dean Mikalauskas sales manager, Bill Disney manager technical services, Randy Arkinstall manager special services, Les Regan manager training, and Jane Ryan controller following a restructuring of Canadian operations. The new Safety Boss management team will operate from offices in Calgary, Red Deer, Alta., and Grande Prairie, Alta.

Safety Boss is a wild well control company. Since 1956, the company has controlled wild wells, pipeline ruptures, and oil field facility emergencies.

Kinder Morgan CO2 Co. LP

Houston, has announced the opening of a new office in Midland, Tex., to provide technical support for its recently acquired working interest in the SACROC Unit. The planned development is expected to increase oil production from the SACROC Unit.

Kinder Morgan CO2 Co. LP is a transporter and marketer of carbon dioxide in the US and is a subsidiary of Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP.

Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP is a pipeline master limited partnership owned by Kinder Morgan Inc. KMI is a midstream energy company operating more than 30,000 miles of natural gas and product pipelines in 26 states.

Houston, has moved into its new corporate headquarters in NW Houston. The new 140,000 sq ft facility unites officers, sales engineers, scientists, technologists, and management from all Core divisions including ProTechnics, Stim-Lab, Owen, Petroleum Services, Scott Pickford, Saybolt, Tomoseis, Coherence Technology Co., Integra, Pencor, Andrews Group, and Reservoirs Inc.

Lenexa, Kan., has named Bill Hunn western regional sales manager. Hunn has several years' experience in the process instrumentation industry. He received his BS degree in industrial technology from Cheyney University.

SOR Inc. offers a line of pressure, temperature, level, and flow instrumentation for a variety of industries and applications. World headquarters are located in Lenexa with satellite offices in the UK and China.

has acquired specialist Pace Project Services Ltd. Pace Project Services will remain under its existing name.

Fisher-Rosemount

Houston, has announced the formation of a new division entitled Fisher-Rosemount Flow Computers. The new division was created by combining the field automation systems flow computer group from Fisher Controls and the flow computer business unit from Daniel. Jon Milliken has been named president of the division.

Fisher-Rosemount Flow computers manufactures a complete line of solar-powered flow computers, line-powered flow computers, and remote terminal units.
