However, the jingoistic and xenophobic ranting of Toby Elster "Politics of global problems" (OGJ, July. 17, 2000, p. 19) breach even the normal "silly season" low standards.The Oil & Gas Journal strives to be a respected publication within the international oil and gas industry.
