Norwalk, Conn., has announced the formation of a new division, the Advanced Technologies Group, located in Norwalk, Conn. The newly formed group will be responsible for introduc-ing new energy products and engine-ering solutions.

RJM Corp. was founded in 1977

and is based in Norwalk. The company offers products and services that solve combustion, emissions, and energy-related problems for utility and industrial plants worldwide.

Cammell Lairds Holdings PLC and Aker McNulty

have announced a teaming agreement for offshore floating production conversion work. The two companies will work together on a joint marketing strategy focused on the resurgent FPSO, FUS, and FPU conversion market.

Cammell Laird is a ship repair and conversion specialist with facilities at Marseilles, Gibraltar, and Portland, Ore., as well as in the UK on Merseyside, Teesside, and Tyneside.

Aker McNulty provides floating and fixed offshore production platforms and employs over 10,000 personnel worldwide.

Parker Drilling Co.

Tulsa, Okla., has named Patrick Seals general manager of e-business, with responsibility to lead the online business initiative. Recently, Seals served as a US division marketing manager in Houston. Since joining Parker as an internal auditor in 1992, Seals has held various US division contracts and marketing management roles in Oklahoma, California, Louisiana, and Texas.

Parker Drilling Co. is a Tulsa-based global energy company specializing in offshore drilling and workover services in the Gulf of Mexico and international land and offshore drilling. Parker also operates Quail Tools, a provider of rental tools for oil and gas drilling. Parker Drilling has 80 marketable rigs and employs more than 3,300 people worldwide.

Flowserve Corp.

Dallas, has named Howard D. Wynn president of Flowserve Corp. Pump Division. Wynn was formerly president of Flowserve's Rotating Equipment Division.

Jim Quain was named vice-president and general manager of contractor sales and frontline teams. Quain was previously vice-president and general manager of Ingersoll Dresser Pump Co.'s industrial pump group. Robert Stanbury will retain his responsibilities as vice-president of marketing and research and development.

Flowservce Corp. is a provider of flow management services producing engineered process pumps, precision mechanical seals, automated and manual quarter-turn valves, and valve actuators.

Humble, Tex., has named Butch Belcher business manager of the southwest region based in Midland, Tex. Belcher has been an A2D national account manager for the past 2 years in the Houston office. Previously, he was with Baker Hughes for 17 years representing oil field services internationally and in the US.

A2D Technologies was founded in 1993 and is a provider of customized digital well log data management, software, and well log conversion services (scanning and digitizing well logs) for the petroleum industry.
