Huntsville, Ala., named Ed Edmondson as executive vice-president and COO. He is responsible for day-to-day operations, including finance, administration, and product direction and development. Previously, Edmondson was vice-president of engineering at Black & Veatch, Process Division, and held a variety of positions at OXY NGL Inc.
Edmondson holds an MBA from Texas A & M University and a BS in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Oklahoma, Alabama, and North Dakota.

Reilly Industries Inc.
Indianapolis, announced the integration of its Coal Tar Enamel Division with the Reilly-owned Metrotect and Power Marketing Group business units, forming the Reilly Pipeline Coatings Group (PCG). The new PCG will combine the factory-applied EP-10 CTE Protective Coating System with the Metrotect brand of liquid coatings. This extension of the Reilly product line will meet the needs of gas, oil, and water pipeline companies for anti-corrosion materials applied by both factory pipe coaters and field coating applicators.
Brett Wilhelm has been named business director for the new Pipeline Coatings Group. Wilhelm has spent much of his career in strategic business development and financial analysis.
Andrew Shephard has been named to the position of director of global sales and marketing for Reilly PCG. Shephard will be based in Reilly's international sales office in Cleckheaton, England. He will oversee all international sales operations, including the North American market.
Reilly Industries is a world producer of specialty chemicals in the carbon, pyridine, and esters businesses. It employs 1,000 people in seven facilities across the United States and in Europe, with construction of a new pyridine facility underway in Nantong, China.

The new business will be known as All American Marine Slip Energy underwritten by Zurich Global Energy.

Glen L. Kettering, senior vice-president for customer services at Columbia Gas Transmission Corp., has been named president of the natural gas pipeline unit.
Catherine G. Abbott was named president of pipeline operations.
