Natchiq Inc

has named Warren Christian to the position of vice-president and general manager of Houston Contracting Co. (HCC), Natchiq's pipeline construction subsidiary. Christian will be responsible for all operations of HCC in Alaska. He has over 17 years of experience in the construction and oil field services industry.

Natchiq Inc., a subsidiary of the Arctic Slope Regional Corp., is a provider of engineering, construction, and support services to the global energy industry. Subsidiaries include Alaska Petroleum Contractors, Houston Contracting Co., and ASRC Parsons Engineering in Alaska; Natchiq, Sakhalin Inc. in Russia; and Omega Service Industries in Louisiana.

Intergraph Process & Building Solutions

Huntsville, Ala., named Ed Edmondson as executive vice-president and COO. He is responsible for day-to-day operations, including finance, administration, and product direction and development. Previously, Edmondson was vice-president of engineering at Black & Veatch, Process Division, and held a variety of positions at OXY NGL Inc.

Edmondson holds an MBA from Texas A & M University and a BS in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Oklahoma, Alabama, and North Dakota.

Global Industries Ltd.

Carlyss, La., has elected Richard Pattarozzi to the board of directors. Pettarozzi is retired from Shell Offshore Inc. following a more than 30-year career with Shell in various engineering, operations, and administrative positions.

Pattarozzi served as vice-president of Shell Offshore Inc., and president and CEO of Shell Deepwater Development Inc. and Shell Deepwater Production Inc.

Global Industries provides pipeline construction, platform installation and removal, and diving services to the oil and gas industry in the deepwater and shallow-water areas of the Gulf of Mexico, West Africa, Asia Pacific, Middle East/India, South America, and Mexico's Bay of Campeche.

Reilly Industries Inc.

Indianapolis, announced the integration of its Coal Tar Enamel Division with the Reilly-owned Metrotect and Power Marketing Group business units, forming the Reilly Pipeline Coatings Group (PCG). The new PCG will combine the factory-applied EP-10 CTE Protective Coating System with the Metrotect brand of liquid coatings. This extension of the Reilly product line will meet the needs of gas, oil, and water pipeline companies for anti-corrosion materials applied by both factory pipe coaters and field coating applicators.

Brett Wilhelm has been named business director for the new Pipeline Coatings Group. Wilhelm has spent much of his career in strategic business development and financial analysis.

Andrew Shephard has been named to the position of director of global sales and marketing for Reilly PCG. Shephard will be based in Reilly's international sales office in Cleckheaton, England. He will oversee all international sales operations, including the North American market.

Reilly Industries is a world producer of specialty chemicals in the carbon, pyridine, and esters businesses. It employs 1,000 people in seven facilities across the United States and in Europe, with construction of a new pyridine facility underway in Nantong, China.

Zurich Global Energy and All American Marine Slip

Schaumburg, Ill., announced the transfer of a substantial part of All American Marine Slip's (AAMS), a unit of MOAC, the ocean marine arm of CNA, offshore energy book of business to Zurich Global Energy. The new business will be known as All American Marine Slip Energy underwritten by Zurich Global Energy.

Zurich Global Energy is the newly expanded global business unit of the Zurich Financial Services Group and incorporates the former international operations of Zurich Global Energy with the US-based activities of Zurich US Energy. Zurich Global Energy is a provider of risk and financial management solutions for oil, gas, petrochemical, mining, and power operations worldwide.

Houston, announced the acquisition of Advanced Reliability Technologies LLC (ART) an asset reliability consulting firm based in Walnut Creek, Calif. ART also has offices in Philadelphia, Pa. and Houston, with representatives in The Netherlands and South Korea.

ART develops maintenance and operations programs, primarily in the refining, petrochemicals, chemical pharmaceuticals, and power industries.

NiSource Inc.

Merrillville, Ind., named James K. Abcouwer as president of Houston-based TPC Corp. upon completion of its merger with Columbia Energy Group. Abcouwer is a senior vice-president of NiSource and president and CEO of NiSource's EnergyUSA Inc. subsidiary. TPC Corp. is a natural gas marketer and gas asset portfolio manager for utilities.

Glen L. Kettering, senior vice-president for customer services at Columbia Gas Transmission Corp., has been named president of the natural gas pipeline unit.

Catherine G. Abbott was named president of pipeline operations.

NiSource Inc. is a holding company that distributes electricity, natural gas, and water in the Midwest and Northeast United States. The company also markets utility services and customer-focused resource solutions from Texas through Chicago to Maine.
