Apache Corp., Houston, has named Mike Harris worldwide director of drilling for the company's exploration and production technology group. Harris brings 20 years of experience to Apache and joins them from his most recent position as BP's regional drilling manager for the Gulf of Mexico. Prior to BP, he was with Exxon Production Research Co.Appointed vice-president, southern region, for Apache was Dwayne Schultz.
