Further demonstrating its Fischer-Tropsch (F-T) prowess, Sasol Synthetic Fuels installed the last of eight new reactors using the Sasol Advanced Synthol (SAS) process in its Secunda, South Africa, plant early this year.The SAS process converts synthesis gas into gasoline and light olefins.More than 5,000 tcf of remote natural gas fields in the world do not lend themselves to economical LNG production or pipeline transportation.
