Doheny is responsible for the company's air compressor parts business worldwide. Doheny began his career with Ingersoll-Rand in 1984, and has served in a variety of engineering, product and marketing management positions in the air compressor group's centrifugal division.
Both Winfrey and Doheny will be located at the air compressor group's headquarters in Davidson, N.C., and report directly to Gordon Mapp, president of the group.

Gillies will concentrate on raising the awareness of DuPont Safety Resources in the UK and Ireland, while Peter Solomon, previously UK and Ireland territory manager, will now concentrate on managing special projects.
Gillies first came into contact with the DuPont safety culture in 1993, when DuPont acquired ICI Fibres, where he had worked for 14 years.
In 1995 Gillies became DuPont Industrial Nylon business developer for Central and Eastern Europe and the Russian Federation.
