IHRDC, Boston, Mass., has named Robert W. Taylor director for business development.

Taylor has more than 26 years experience in the international petroleum industry most recently as the business development manager Eastern Hemisphere for Dresser Oil Tools. He now becomes responsible for the marketing and sales of IHRDC's respected management and instructional programs, consulting services, and media production and training products.

IHRDC is a privately owned provider of oil, gas and power technology transfer.

Compressor Engineering Corp. (CECO), Houston, Tex., has named Charles G. Ely II vice president of its Anderson Consulting, Training & Testing (ACTT) Div.

Ely will oversee the training, performance and efficiency testing, and general consulting services offered by this division. He will work with operators of reciprocating equipment to implement integrated operational excellence programs to ensure efficient, reliable, and emission compliant operation of their gas machinery.

CECO is an independent manufacturer of engine and compressor replacement parts and is headquartered in Houston, with offices in New Orleans, La., and Odessa, Tex.

Repsol S.A. has approved a series of resolutions referring to the new corporate structure of the REPSOL-YPF Group.

The REPSOL-YPF Executive Committee, in response to a proposal from the Integration Committee, also decided to create certain director and management positions responsible to the five REPSOL-YPF executive vice presidents, appointed at the board of directors meeting. The following directors were appointed, under the relevant vice-presidents:

This vice-president will be in charge of the REPSOL-YPF exploration and production activities throughout the world, and will have the following directors: Mario Rosso, director for Europe, North Africa and the rest of the world; Rub

Executive Vice President of Refining and Marketing. This vice-president will be responsible for REPSOL-YPF refining and marketing logistics, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) activities, including trading and transport, throughout the world.

In the refining and marketing area, the following directors were appointed: Jorge Segrellas, director for Europe; Juan Pedro Maza, director for Latin America.

Regarding logistics in Spain, Miguel Boyer was recently appointed president of CLH by that company's board of directors, in response to a proposal by Repsol. Eduardo Llorenas was confirmed in his position as managing director of the company.

Juan Badosa was appointed director in charge of the LPG sector world-wide.

The Expro Group, Aberdeen, Scotland, has named Tony Kitchener vice president, Americas, based in Houston. Kitchener has significant global experience in the oilfield services industry and has worked for the Group for over nine years; he was most recently region director of the Continental Europe region. Kitchener will be responsible for further developing and managing business strategies which aim to fulfill the Group's long term objectives in the Americas, a growing and strategically important market.

Kitchener has been instrumental in the development of the Expro Group's business in other key markets including the UK, Norway and Continental Europe and has extensive experience in the oilfield services industry, gained throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Grove Crane, a Grove Worldwide company, has named Al Antoniewicz senior vice president, operations. He will be responsible for Shady Grove, Pa., manufacturing, materials, manufacturing engineering, plant engineering quality and safety and environmental affairs.

Antoniewicz previously was with P&H Mining Equipment, a subsidiary of Harnischfeger Industries, Inc., where he managed multi-plant manufacturing operations. His recent experience at P&H Mining includes leading the manufacturing operation through the successful implementation of an enterprise-wide business management system. Prior to that, he held various manufacturing engineering and manufacturing management positions within the company.

Flow Technology, Inc., Phoenix, Ariz., has named Ladd Howell international sales manager. Howell will be responsible for overseeing Flow Technology's worldwide sales activities, including liaison with the company's overseas sales representatives and distributors.

Rex Mann has been named national sales manager. Mann's duties will include training and management of Flow Technology's North American field sales representatives.

Wayne Ott has been named customer service manager. Ott will supervise Flow Technology's newly-created customer service area, which combines repair & calibration service, system installation and field service customer support.

Mike Wusterbarth has been named engineering manager. Wusterbarth will direct Flow Technology's engineering department, and be responsible for supporting manufacturing and designing market-driven products.
